It's a far cry from that Saturday morning 5 years ago (September 11th 2004) when we opened our doors to our first customers. A small band of trail blazers , who were n't afraid to try something new walked in and put there towels down.
Well those trail blazers have grown, and so has the studio. Originally,with just myself teaching in the first couple of years . We now have 5 fantastic teachers and 18 classes a week.
Bikram Yoga continues to grow in popularity worldwide. This year alone we have seen the opening of 3 new Studio's in the U.k, with more to follow. I always knew that there would be other people out there who would love this Yoga as much as I, did. The satisfaction comes,when I hear their stories. Of how Bikram Yoga has changed their lives.
Look out , shortly for our future blogg. Documenting the story of a selection of students at different stages of their Bikram Yoga journey.
