About Bikram Yoga

Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class is a demanding series of 26 postures (asana) and 2 breathing exercises (pranayama), which is suitable for all ages, levels of ability and fitness.

Yoga postures help to stretch and strengthen specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed ready for the next posture.

The Bikram method and pranayamas also helps to stimulate the organs, glands and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring all systems to a healthy working order.
