Naomi instructs the following:
  • Warm Flow 37
  • Warm Flow classes are really great for beginners as well as experienced yogis. With the temperature set at 37 degrees (so not Bikram hot), muscles are stretched and strengthened through a sequence of static and vinyasa asana (postures) that differ from week to week designed to leave you feeling renewed, stronger and more flexible. The heat enables your joints and muscles to feel more open, allowing you to move more freely whilst also cleansing your body from the inside out (let the sweat pour). This class is open to all.

  • Warm Yin Yoga
  • Yin Yoga: Slow paced and suitable for all levels. This class is practiced in a gently heated room with dimmed lights and soft music. Yin is a deeply meditative style of yoga consisting of floor postures held for longer periods of time, which increases the flexibility of connective tissue, fascia, and joints. Adding yin yoga into your practice will help to cultivate a deeper sense of connection and awareness while balancing the energetic meridians of the body. Yin yoga is truly the best compliment to "yang" practices such as Bikram, Ashtanga, and power yoga classes. Relax, release, let go, and enjoy.
