Beginners’ Flow Yoga

(Urban studio)

60 minutes

This is a slow mindful practice, ideal for complete beginners, that centres around building a strong foundation for starting your yogic journey, focussing on proper postural alignment, injury prevention, breath control and body/breath connection. Each week classes focus on different areas of the body that stretch, tone and strengthen allowing students to understand their bodies better an increasing its capacity at every level.
