The Dynamic Yoga class is based on Hatha Yoga and uses asanas and conscious breathing to produce a flow that leads from one posture to the next. It is a high energy class that get the heart pumping through a more challenging sequence of postures with a deep emphasis on strength and core building.
You will notice a vast improvement in flexibility, balance, strength, increased concentration, lung capacity, co-ordination, breath control and a sense of calm, wellbeing and peace.

You will be practicing in a warm, friendly and encouraging environment that is supportive to helping you progress in a time frame suitable for your individual needs, with a teacher that is open for answering questions and to assist you in your deeper understanding of yoga.
Whilst beginners are always welcome, this is an ideal class for yogis looking to take their practice further through advanced postures and techniques.
