Power Yoga

Power Yoga offers a fluid, vigorous movement from one posture to another. The athletic warm up includes dynamic sequences that ensure you are prepared for the postures ahead. The postures and poses involved are familiar yoga poses. It's a chance to focus on self-enquiry within each posture to feel the yoga connection (mind, body, spirit) to really feel your way into postures examining how the body feels each class.

Fitness-based Yoga 


It's a great workout. This class combines stretching with additional strengthening moves to build muscle strength particularly in the upper body. Each week there is a different focus for strength and different body weight holds such as handstands, headstands and eight angle pose. This is the class to feel like a yoga warrior. All levels welcome.
