Warm 26/2 Plus Hatha Yoga (Hot studio)

90 minutes

Sun Salutations and flow link the well-known Bikram postures and incorporate additional new postures including extra hip openers, inversions and arm balances.  The room is warm rather than hot to allow students to practice the inversions without becoming overwhelmed.  The sequence is great for regular practitioners of Bikram Yoga who want to experience some more advanced postures or who want see what else their bodies are capable of.  Brand new student are equally welcome.

Warm 26/2 Plus Hatha Yoga classes run on Wednesdays at 7.15pm and Sundays at 10am.
